Tradition awakens in the fading light of the long days of Summer. Falls nourishing richness of dried apricots, hazelnuts, persimmons and quince compote are carefully preserved and stored for winter’s bounty, providing the elixir that is the 2013 Pinot Gris.
This wine is fermented on its skins for 5 days revealing the natural complex tannins that provide depth and aging potential to this classically “white” wine.
